We walk you through the preview on a short call, video or by message, whatever's easiest. Tell us what you like and what to change. We'll recommend a package and give you a clear written quote.

Launch · then we look after it
Go live
Once you approve, we finish the full site, connect your domain, set up your automations and test everything end to end. After launch we keep it hosted, secure and up to date, and make your small changes each month.

What we need from you
Very little. We do the heavy lifting.
For the free preview, just your business name and a link to your website, Google listing or social page. For the full launch, we'll send a short checklist.
- Your logo and a few photos (we can help if you don't have good ones)
- Your list of services and the areas you serve
- Hours, contact details and any booking or ordering system you use
- Access to your domain (or we help you register one in your name)
- For automations: a business phone number you'd like to use and your preferred message wording
- About 30 minutes to review the preview, and another 30 to approve the final version
Typical timeline
From first message to live site
Every project is different, but here's what a typical small-business project looks like. The biggest factor is usually how quickly we get your content and approvals.
Preview
Usually within a few business days of your request.
Review
A short call or message thread. Changes and a written quote follow.
Build & launch
Most sites can go live within about two weeks of approval. Automations are set up and tested alongside.
Care
Ongoing hosting, updates, small changes and, on Smart Business, a monthly report.
Business texting in the US requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), which can add some days before text features go live. We handle the paperwork with you.
After launch
We don't disappear after go-live
Your monthly plan keeps everything healthy: hosting, security, backups, software updates and small content changes. Need new hours, a holiday notice, a new service or fresh photos? Just send us a message.
On the Smart Business plan we also review how your automations and AI assistant are performing, adjust messages and answers, and send you a short monthly report in plain English with what happened and what we suggest next.
